With over 15 years serving this community, I’ve built a collaborative clinic that blends chiropractic care with Applied Kinesiology and integrative therapies, allowing us to look beyond symptoms and truly personalize care; in other words, you’re not just another appointment on the schedule here.

We schedule for 10 minutes, but some visits take a little longer and some a little less.  We pack a lot in a short amount of time, destressing the nervous system with laser and Neuro-emotional technique, resetting blown circuits related to inflammation, and focusing on the main concern and activating key muscles related to and supporting the area of injury. 

Chiropractors complete a rigorous doctoral program that includes anatomy, neurology, orthopedics, radiology, and clinical training—similar in intensity to other healthcare professions. We are trained to assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal and nervous system conditions with a strong emphasis on safe, evidence-informed care.  Plus, hours and hours of Continuing education in the specialized techniques of muscle testing, Applied Kinesiology, Neuro-Emotional Technique and Nutrition.

Yes—chiropractic care during pregnancy can be very helpful for relieving back pain, pelvic discomfort, and postural stress as the body changes. We use gentle, pregnancy-safe techniques and supportive positioning to keep both mom and baby comfortable. We see pregnant people every week, starting with my second child because she was born during Chiropractic school. My wife was seen during the whole pregnancy, all deliveries went better than the first.  

No—your body doesn’t become dependent on adjustments. Many patients choose ongoing care because they feel and function better, much like continuing exercise or healthy eating once you experience the benefits.

That sound is simply gas releasing from the joint as pressure changes—similar to opening a soda bottle—and not bones cracking. Some adjustments don’t make any sound at all, yet they can still be very effective.  We see a lot of people that request no “popping” and we accommodate with gentle adjusting methods and use Instrument assisted adjusting devices that are easy on the patient.  In our office we say we aren’t addicted to the “Crack”, cracking joints isn’t the goal but restoring proper function of the joints and muscles and re-establishing the best connection to the nervous system is the goal. 

While you might be able to twist or stretch to create a popping sound, self-adjusting doesn’t correct joint mechanics and can sometimes create more instability. A trained chiropractor applies precise, controlled force to the right joint, in the right direction, at the right time.  Your body is seeking relief, we would rather show you how to stretch, foam roll, strengthen and sometimes recommend nutrition and supplements that can better bring stability and relieve the sensation to pop your own joints
